في إطار استراتيجية تعزيز تواجد شركة المقاولون العرب في السوق الإفريقية، قام وفد من مجلس إدارة الشركة بزيارة إلى تشاد، حيث شهد الوفد فعاليات متابعة وتدشين عدد من المشروعات الحيوية بتشاد.
ضم الوفد المهندس حسن مصطفى النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس الإدارة، والدكتور محمد أنسي البشوتي، والمهندسة هبة أبو العلا نائبي رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والمهندسة دينا محمد عادل عضو مجلس الإدارة، بحضور المهندس محمد القيعي رئيس القطاع المشرف على فرع تشاد، والمهندس محمد المشد مدير فرع تشاد.
وخلال الزيارة، شهد الوفد استعدادات البدء في تنفيذ مشروعي طرق جديدة بإجمالي أطوال تبلغ 165 كم على الطريق الرابط بين مدينتي أبشا وأم جرس، كما شهد اصطفاف المعدات المقرر استخدامها في المشروعين.
وفي السياق ذاته، عقد الوفد اجتماعًا مع ممثلي فروع البنوك المانحة للتسهيلات الائتمانية لشركة المقاولون العرب – تشاد، حيث تم الانتهاء من الإطار النهائي للاتفاقيات التمويلية الخاصة بالمشروعين.
كما قام الوفد بزيارة تفقدية لمشروع طريق أبشا – أبو غلام بطول 95.6 كم، والذي بلغت نسبة تنفيذه أكثر من 80%، وذلك وفقًا لما عرضه المهندس أحمد عبد الهادي مدير المشروع.
ويُعد المشروع أحد أكبر مشروعات البنية التحتية في تشاد، حيث يربط مدينة أبشا بقرية أبو غلام قرب الحدود السودانية، ويُنفذ لأول مرة في البلاد باستخدام طبقة رابطة بيتومينية وطبقة سطحية من الأسفلت الساخن، فضلًا عن تضمّنه إنشاء 8 كباري خرسانية و225 منشأً هيدروليكيًا، إلى جانب تنفيذ عدد من المشروعات الخدمية والتنموية التي تشمل إنشاء أسوار للمدارس، وحفر آبار مياه تعمل بالطاقة الشمسية، وإنشاء محطة وزن واستراحة على الطريق، بالإضافة إلى إقامة مبنى لمقر إدارة منشآت النقل بوزارة البنية التحتية بالعاصمة إنجامينا.
وخلال الزيارة تم عقد الجمعية العمومية لشركة المقاولون العرب التشادية لمناقشة موقف الأعمال خلال الفترة من يناير 2025 وحتى نهاية ديسمبر 2025.
*Arab Contractors delegation visits Chad projects*
As part of the strategy to enhance the presence of Arab Contractors Company in the African market, a delegation from the company’s Board of Directors visited Chad, where the delegation witnessed the follow-up and launch of a number of vital projects in Chad.
The delegation included Eng. Hassan Mustafa – Senior Vice Chairman, The meeting was attended by Eng. Hassan Mustafa – Senior Vice Chairman, Dr. Mohamed Onsi Elbeshouty – Vice Chairman, Eng. Heba Abu El Ela – Vice Chairman, and Eng. Dina Adel Fathi – Board Member, in the presence of Eng. Mohamed El Qiaay – Head of Sector, Supervisor of the Arab Contractors Company Branch in Chad, and Eng. Mohamed Al Mashad – Manager of Chad Branch.
During the visit, the delegation witnessed preparations for the commencement of 2 new road projects with a total length of 165 km on the road linking the cities of Abeche and Amdjarass, and also witnessed the alignment of equipment to be used in the two projects.
In the same context, the delegation held a meeting with representatives of the branches of banks that granted credit facilities to the Arab Contractors Company – Chad, where the final framework for the financing agreements for the 2 projects was completed.
The delegation also conducted an inspection visit to the Abeche – Abou Goulem Road project, which is 95.6 km long and has reached a completion rate of more than 80%, according to what was presented by Eng. Ahmed Abdel Hadi – the Project Manager.
The project is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Chad, linking the city of Abeche to the village of Abou Goulem near the Sudanese border. It is being implemented for the first time in the country using a bituminous binder layer and a hot asphalt surface layer. It also includes the construction of 8 concrete bridges and 225 hydraulic structures, in addition to the implementation of a number of service and development projects, including the construction of school fences, the drilling of solar-powered water wells, the construction of a weigh station and rest stop on the road, and the construction of a building for the headquarters of the Transport Facilities Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Disenclavement and Road Maintenance in the capital, N’Djamena.
During the visit, the General Assembly of the Chadian Arab Contractors Company was held to discuss the status of the business during the period from January 2025 until the end of December 2025.
